~Summertime~

I am so ready for the warm sun again! I don't think that I can take much more of this cold,dreary,damp season any longer! I thrive n sunshine and all that goes along with the summertime. I am ready to wear flip flops again and to have a little color to my skin!

My sweet Chasey gave me a smokey topaz ring for Christmas this year!!:) I have always wanted one...I finally got it! I LOVE IT!!:)He is the best!:)

We had such a great time last night at our annual girls Christmas pj party!!:) We all brought a dish and and ornament for dirty Santa! I ended up with some really awesome ornaments!!:)It was so much fun just sitting by the fire and chatting it up with some of my very best friends.:)

~So... tonight,my mom and I took my nieces and nephew to go look at Christmas lights! We had such a great time! We all bundled up in our blankets with the heat blasting while jamming to our favorite Christmas music!:) Tykari got so excited when she saw a Christmas tree through someones window that had the same angel tree topper as Nana's! She said, "Nana they have the same angel that we have on top of our tree that has her wings and ring hat on!!!" HAHAHA!! How adorable!! My mom and I were laughing so hard at her precious comment! My mom said..."you mean her halo??":)I love it!! From now on, it is no longer called a halo, it is now called a "ring hat"!!!:)~

~My new Christmas creation:)~

I had my family over to our house yesterday for our tradition of painting Christmas ornaments with snacks and Christmas music. I love this tradition!! Anyway, this was my creation for our tree this year! I LOVE starfish!!:)During the hot gluing event...Popi(our cat) decided that he wanted to come in for some love...oh yeah, he wound up with a hot glued tail!! Lol! Don't worry...he wasn't hurt!

~It is SUPER cold outside tonight and all I want is a HUGE cup of hot chocolate and a fire to cuddle up to. I am not a big fan of the cold weather, but I do enjoy all the great things that come alng with it!:)~

I heard that we have a chance of snow for Saturday morning!!:) How fun!I LOVE playing in the snow! I'm sure it will only be a few flurries,if we get any at all, but that will make me happy enough;)I'm pretty easy to please:)

I hope that everyone wore thier rainboots this morning!! It was FLOODING around here!! Now th sun is shining and it is HOT again...go figure!! It's ALABAMA weather!!!:)

It's cold and rainy outside tonight! What a great night to cuddle up by the fire!!:)

~Christmas tree 2009~

So we got the tree up...finally! It is BEAUTIFUL! I think that everyone thinks that their own tree is the prettiest...right? I sure do!:) It is WAY bigger than we have ever had...so big that we won't be able to use our front door for the month of December! Lol! Oh well! It's worth it!:)Merry Christmas!!

OK...so photography is my passion!:)I can't get enough of it.When I was younger, my dream job was to become an island photographer and travel the world! Reality set in and I have decided to scale that "dream" down a bit and start trying to become that person that I always wanted to be.(Just locally...not worldwide:)I hope to make many people happy with my photography...as happy as it makes me:)

~At the end of the day faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don't really expect it. Its like one day you realize that the fairy tale may be slightly different than you dreamed. We are getting our Christmas tree today!:)

~Maybe one day we will live at the beach and I can decorate on of these!:)~Ok...we got our Christmas tree and it is HUGE!!!!!! We are gonna have to place it to where we wont even be able to use our front door for the month of December!! I have NO IDEA how many lights it is gonna take to light up this tree!! We will see...

~Spent my 29th birthday in Knoxville, TN. with great friends.~ All I wanted for my birthday this year was to spend it with my wonderful friends in Tennessee! We all sat around the fire and sipped on our wine, for what seems like the whole weekend. Good times!:)
